This month, we asked Justin Pfeiffer, Sunrise Integration’s resident UX designer and frontend developer, to choose a charity for our Sunrise Gives program. Like a few of our team members, Justin is a proud parent. As a father who loves spending time with his kids, he knew he wanted to shine the light on an organization that helps create better lives for children.
After doing some research, he chose For the Child, a 501c non profit organization whose mission is to build healthy lives for children and families, free of abuse, neglect and violence.
“I have family members who have worked in family protective services, as well as friends who work in law enforcement that specialize in crimes against children,” Justin says. “Through hearing about their work, I’ve come to understand how important organizations like For the Child are in providing children with the support they need to help them heal and grow. Having an organization that will stay by a child’s side after they are removed from an abusive situation is critical to the success of the child’s recovery.”
We can’t think of a better cause to give to this month.

Sunrise Gives strives to bring a positive impact to our communities. Every month, a member of our team chooses a charity that’s close to their heart and Sunrise Integration will make a contribution to that organization.
